Most likely because the movie was delayed several times and there was no hype for Wonder Woman merchandise by kids that would normally want this. Clearly there was enough supply for adult collectors...

I can't see this having that high of a resale value. Its just some thing about the Wonder Woman line that just doesn't speak to me in the same way as other Lego sets do.
