This doesn't look like a good product. For a $40 flooder I'd get a Wowtac A5: brighter, more efficient electronics to sustain high output, and much more compact....

It's decent but nowhere close to ultrabright. Those coming from D cell maglite think it is ultrabright but for anyone who has a cree led flashlight, it's just another flashlight.

Ladda rechargeable AAs are great, but I wouldn't recommend you use any flashlight that takes 6 of them. A 1x26650 or even 3x18650 flashlight will be more compact, and both would be more capable.

Would have to be more flood than throw. Three fairly small individual reflectors that aren’t very deep at all couldn’t do much for throw. Not a high lumen output either to just force light out there...

8 months ago this was $35 or so, but the current $20 coupon brings it down to $39.99. Thoughts if it’s worth $40 from those that bought 8 months ago? https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01KH2W558/

That Acebeam E10 is a thrower, and not really comparable to a flooder like in this thread. The E10 has a really tight beam and can illuminate objects at a distance impressively for its size, but it...

This isn't much of a light, especially not at $40. The XP-G2 emitters are dated and the battery capacity is inflated.
