For those who aren't aware: Yes you do get the whole KFC chicken smell however, as stated on the box, once the log is lit the smell goes away. So put it in there for a 30 minutes to an hour...

I've never tried it myself but from previous deals of this the most common complaint is that the scent is all in the paper and once that burns out you just have a normal smelling log.
