No. They run out at my nearest location and sub in whatever THEY feel like (or even skip the item) without even asking. They CLAIM that they cannot see an order until 10 minutes before pick up.

The order doesn't get submitted to the store until they're supposed to start preparing it.
That said, they can look up scheduled orders in advance. They're supposed to do this at least with bagels...
