You have to buy the individual tool and the individual 8AH battery in store. It will ring up as the tool price and -199.00 for the free 8AH battery. Return the battery to get the prorated tool price...

Don't use these. The tools communicate with the batteries when the battery is too low, cutting power to the tool so the battery isn't drained down to a state where it is irreparably harmed.
