One thing I know is they considered those demo disc, not sold, is NEW. So, if it's the last copy the store have, they could just put the demo disc back to the empty box from shelves and ship it out....

Generally consensus is that royal does add content that's worth it. But that p5 original story is also pretty good, so it comes down to how much time you're interested in putting into it again

My only warning with this is getting it from gamestop. They are notorious with selling repackaged and unsealed "new" items. Also, you might not get the steelbook version even though it says it there....
