Keyboard is great! and noisy if you get the blue keys, the software to control the lights is horrible, I have read a ton of bad reviews on it and I can't even get it to install on my computer.

Serious question? Carpal tunnel is usually related to the mouse due to rapid movement. If you’re looking for an ergonomic keyboard then I would look elsewhere.

Brown or Red switches are quieter. Keycap silencers (basically rubberized o-rings) really help with cap/body noise. You have two things to silence - the switch (not THAT noisy) and the board/keys...
