I love the game... worth full price in my opinion. I'm over 150 hours into it; one of the few games to grab me in quite a while. I don't get all the crying (for PC anyways).

Agreed, grabbed it at $30 and have about 45 hours in. I am truly impressed. I was slightly annoyed by the few early bugs but it was easy to resolve with the updates and workarounds on the web.

Yes and no. Is the content worth $28? Yes. Is the game something you should play right now? No. This is a game that will probably be vastly better in a year, but I would not recommend anyone play it...
