This just won't fast charge my pixel, also requires me to keep different cables around instead of just the usb-c on both end cables I have on my other chargers.

Just a note, most of these made in China power supplies, etc are not UL certified. There's always that safety factor. Cheaper doesn't mean better.

This is nice if you have an outlet behind your bed and you want ports your can plug your phone charger into, or add ports to a desk. Some people don't want an ugly power strip in view.

Have few of these. Works great for desk lamp and laptop. Don't have to much space on the desk for big power strip and don't really need more outlets on the desk either. Usb works fine for wireless...
