I do not know lol. I know for a fact HDR is clearly on and I noticed no tearing during gaming. But HDR is supposed to be working on premium pro only according to online articles

Better fps and response time. Also has freesync premium compared to freesync on the other one. Which means you can enable freesync and hdr at the same time. I don't know if that was a bad apple...

They can. If you notice in the settings, you can enable both freesync and HDR at same time. This wasn't the case with the monitor I purchased and returned from amazon. It had freesync only

Theoretically, V should also support 10 bit because these two have the same ips panel model (k7b or k7e). Someone says it comes with DP1.2 so the 10bit is limited to 120hz due to the bandwidth.

I did online chatting with b&h. They said we can exchange the monitor if it has dead pixel (>=1) with proof (the photo of dead pixel I guess).
