Also has freesync premium compared to freesync on the other one. Which means you can enable freesync and hdr at the same time.

They can. If you notice in the settings, you can enable both freesync and HDR at same time.
This wasn't the case with the monitor I purchased and returned from amazon. It had freesync only

Theoretically, V should also support 10 bit because these two have the same ips panel model (k7b or k7e). Someone says it comes with DP1.2 so the 10bit is limited to 120hz due to the bandwidth.
