The Costco one has a GTX 1650 not the GTX 1650 TI. So just be aware it's not the same GPU, not sure how much of a difference it makes.

Mine doesn't charge, but does Displayport. I use my Oculus Rift S on the USB-c port using a Displayport to USB-c and it works like a champ.
