This guy's method worked for me. Just be warned that a can of flaxseed oil costs about half the price of this pan. I cut it down to 375 for one hour and it still worked fine....

I have the 9 and the 11 3/4. Just. Know that the inner diameter is much smaller, and 11 3/4 is much smaller than comparable stainless or cast iron pans.

FYI, the handles on these are extremely long and at an extreme angle. Maybe that's just my opinion, but I was annoyed when cooking and trying to fit it in my oven.
