That's actually correct now that I look at the ad in detail. It say $10 rewards when you buy 6 or more which means it will only credit once.

Both should apply, but you would have to spend $30 at least to get the $7 WCR because the $5 off lowers your total spending.

Does your receipt actually show that the $20 you got was (2) of the $10 for buying 6, and not the $10 for $50? Let us know if you have luck getting the additional $10 through chat.
