The one time use code is lame. Other games on Switch with required downloads let you redownload on another system if you have the cartridge so they could have done the same here.

FYI it looks like only the first game is actually on the physical cartridge and the rest is redeemable digitally via an included code requiring a 42GB download and then tied to that one Nintendo...
