They do sell bottles with a nozzle at the bottom. Gravity does all the work. Of course, these are nice if you already have water bottles and they don't come with a nozzle.

I have this or something similar. It's a great fit for space restrictive apartments. However, be aware, it's loud. Probably not great for quenching late night thirst with either wife or roommate.

I bought this a while back and the product works but mine came with a tube that had a horrible chemical taste. Ended up soaking it overnight in diluted vinegar to get rid of the taste and smell.
