That reminds me of my original h100, it took 7years for the pump to fail and sounded like that. The A500 is a direct contact, so surface contact to cpu isn't even but it does the job well.

Regardless of price, do not buy this. Various techtubers have done tests with this and found that it is significantly less effective than the majority of coolers out there.
