Yes, anything on your hotel bill can be used to hit that $500 mark. You can charge restaurants/bars/shops at various MGM properties back to your hotel room to help with reaching that $500 total.

Yes you would have to do it this way. The one is prepaid s hotels for 150 with use of the AMEx portal. The other you would have to charge meals,drinks to the room
