Based on OP post, seems like digital version only works with new subs. You should try to return and replace with Staples ASAP. Just call their CS, Staples is usually pretty good with their CS.

I believe banner still pops up each time. Also, no longer ability to import transactions from one's own files. You will have to manually key in data.
