I think they are gradually cutting back on the code benefits. They used to regularly have 35% off codes and even the occasional 40%... But those are long gone.

I checked my Advance Auto Parts cart this morning as I need to order some small items, and noticed that the 25% off code had disappeared. I assumed it was some kind of tech glitch, maybe the cookies...

Following Harbor Freight's example? It's actually not a big deal for me as I've probably purchased all the big ticket items I'm likely to from them and from here on it's mostly consumables like oil...

This, the only reason to buy locally is if you need it NOW. Most car stuff you don't need now. My only exceptions have been lately where I have been buying locally due to all the shipping issues.
