It's not a glitch. This is the norm at RA. There's the weekly deal (in ad L2) and the monthly deal which is L4. Happens literally all of the time.

If you had a bogo coupon, both items would count towards $10/$50. Bogo sale, only the one you pay for counts. The other rings up as $0.

Irish Spring glitched for me multiple times. Get 2 IS body wash = 7.98 - $4 in ad qs - $2 in mqs = $1.96 and get $4 bc. Can do twice.
