State Farm did treat me pretty well for years, I'm now with USAA (which won't be an option for everyone). Progressive is typically pretty cheap.

it isn't always about your claims but driving record. could also be a fraction of the increase is related to the cost of care related to the liability side.

That's BS though. The news said that nationally, insurance rates are up only 3%. Get a quote from State Farm. I liked them.
