I agree with the sentiment but if you are spending less then $100 you probably don't have a very good looking setup. A decent quality outdoor rated wire itself costs half that for a average install.

Not worth it, the plastic is not made to withstand UV so the whole thing will warp and break. Its really worth to pay $$$ and get a quality one. I would buy one if Ring makes it, their solar lights...
