Actually, in your scenario, the BC would cover $1.99 (your total cost) and you would be left with a penny in BC to use later and yes, you would have $0 OOP.

I didn't make it to the store. I'm guessing there will be more reports this week as people's bc expire. Customer Chat gave me the missing bc without much fuss, maybe they reported the issue too and...

Yesterday a cashier told me that paper copies of the ad were no longer going to be available. Has anyone else heard this? Since stores don't always get tags up this is challenging.
