Your card has to show a charge of 25 so you’d have to spend 40 since the 15 would not show on your card.

Citi does not care about subtotal .. Just the total amount charged on the card in one transaction should be over the specified trigger limit

Be careful Uber eats sometimes charges the food and tip separately, which won't trigger the offer.
