They did before, and sent a memo to stores not to let them override.
It also happened this time. The $20 is now $10, $30 is now $15 in your account, and will just deduct $10 / $15.

It's just the specific items that had been listed on the B2G1 CRTs. Near the end of receiving them (several weeks now), the CRT has only worked on those specific items.
