GM cereal/Cheerios $1.99 has sizes and flavors that I do not think are tagged. Price check items 8.9-12 oz. Only one yellow box was tagged (and space empty) but I found 10.8oz HN Cheerios price...

When you pick up, cashier has to scan order on handheld device. That marks it as picked up, and then you get your ECBs.

If you still have the pickup slip, go back and ask cashier to scan it to marked as picked up. Or If you do not have the slip, talk to the manager for lost ECB.

Have the Cashier scan 2 Fructis followed by the Fructis IP (or the 2 WB and WB IP). Then the remaining 2 followed by all other coupons. Has always worked for me. Some cashiers are a little hesitant...

The crt isn't the issue in garnier haircare trx. It's the mfr coupons that r the issue in the past wks when they're both active coz it's the same brand and they cross attach so sometimes don't attach...

I also have similar issue. I got the order picked up email but did not get my extrabucks. Last week also this happened. I had to spend around 90minutes on call with customer care to get my ecbs.

Yes, it was tough to convince them. And they did not give me ecb for spend deals, only the buy deals they credited. For spend deals they said since you used ecb, it reduced down your spend amount....

And if you talk to the manager, you're actually helping them too. If the employee doesn't scan an order out, I think it doesn't get the items out of their inventory, so they'll be off when it comes...

Actually, I think it IS different for spend deals on-line. Only the amount paid in cash qualifies for the spend deals on-line. Someone please correct me if I am mistaken.
