Had the email. Made a new venmo account, added a Credit card, added venmo to starbucks and reloaded $15 and got the 100 points a bit before spending $15+, according to the app history. Sorry, didn't...

Got mine in about an hour. Added $15 from Venmo from with the Starbucks app. It then sent me over to the Venmo app to complete the transaction. Swiped out of the Starbucks app about an hour later...

I did not get any offer but decided to try it anyway. Loaded 15$ from Venmo using the app and 100 stars showed up. Worth trying even if you don’t see an offer.

Didn’t receive promo email. Added $15 using Venmo. Next day chatted with CSR and got my bonus 100 stars. CSR confirmed my Venmo $15 purchase on their side. That was it.
