anyone has experience with this? Bought one from Harbor Freight arnd couldn't turn off the water main. The tool was twisted and bent.

The cheap ones aren’t worth a crap. You’re better off calling the water company to turn the water off and add a valve on your side. One that is easier to turn off. Really shouldn’t turn off the water...
