For example, Costco pre-black-friday starts rolling out over the next week. Can I post some of those individual items now, and just say the sale price starts on Nov 12, 13, etc.? ...

Yep, as long as you add as much information as possible - store, item, price, start date, etc - then you can definitely post 'em. I suggest adding the start date to the title so that folks know...
