They are definitely not changing out tags. According to them, less tags was the reason for the two week ads. The only number I recall seeing on tags is the specific item's sku #

Yes, the same happened to me with the Kotex.
Luckily, a helpful store employee did a price modify for the coupon value.

Dq's don't reset. Idk about crts, as I did not use mine the first week. Back before everyone had the 2-week ad, I would get the same weekly crts both weeks, even if I used them the first week.

From what I was told last night from a coupon friendly store manager, most ip's no longer work at CVS. Upset a number of customers. They aren't part of the CVS master coupon file and likely won't be.
