You can always use up remaining balances on Visa or MasterCard gift cards at grocery stores like Shoprite. Just tell the cashier to split transaction, let them know the EXACT amount of each gift card...

You can't use digital visa cards in store or through any apps like Google wallet. Thats where Amazon came in handy.

What does "auto-drain the balance " mean? I have a bunch of Virtual Prepaid visa and mastercards with $1- $4 on them that I was going to use at Amazon and now I have no idea how to use them.

Wowwwwww … it will also affect the ability to “finish off” prepaid gift cards … have to run a bunch thru grocery or drug store now if you only have $1 or $2 left on them and they are nearing exp.date
