I keep clicking accept additional $10 (I’d previously gotten $20) and it refreshes but still asks me to accept and does nothing. Annoying. I’m through AT&T.

My plan renewed on 1st so I was already billed & couldn't cancel/switch. I put in for credit last night - hope it shows up.
