Which state are you in? I tried gyms across 3 different states and all 2-year BOGO plans are for $431.76 or $17.99. The annual fee also seems to be new this year.

I think this actually comes out to 22.99 a month, since it's 431.76 + 59.99 (1st Annual Fee) + 59.99 (2nd Annual Fee) / 24 = 22.99
