2000 points is $20 but it’s much better value to transfer your points for award travel. And they have an option to immediately debit your bank account so that it doesn’t affect your credit score...

They review all transactions so besides what they allow i.e. rent, mortgage, hoa fees etc... the ach transaction will be rejected and you will end up paying a check return fee. Don't ask me how I...
What are they planning to do for all the banks that want you to pay from their own checking to save on your interest rate (usually 0.25 percent decrease)?
I am mis-remembering or have there been horror stories of this company not sending checks for peoples rents?
Wish there was a competitor card coming to market so I can jump ship. Bilt/WF customer service is horrendous.

1:1 with marriott would be huge. Will look fwd to the reviews when this starts.
if it sounds too good to be true... you'll be bending over for something...
If BILT can really do this, it will be a game changer for point-hunters. I used this card for 2 years and earned a plethora of points by just paying my rent (and few other $1 purchases). Now im a...

I'm a little tired to look it up now, but hypothetically, if your total mortgage payment (including impounds) is $5k/mo., then this card will give 60k points per year?

I have been using this card for 2 years now and it has been great. Here is my experience: Most of the time I used this for rent via their ACH payment set on auto pay on my landlord portal. No issues...

Their contract with Wells Fargo ends 2029 unless they can turn a profit for WF. By the WSJ report, WF ain’t happy. Seems like a good deal for now.

So if I understand it correctly, the only catch is that you have to use the credit card at least 5 times a month?
What kinds of problems?
I just got a home loan from axos - it gives 3.5% back if paid through one of their checking accounts.
Hmmm, $1100+ a month for another five years. It’s not a lot, but if completely free, why not? I pay on the 22nd each month anyway so plenty of time to catch an issue. Plus I already work my debit...
Man a card like this would suddenly make me regret not having an escrow account.
This card has proven to be useful for Rent and HOA payments, and will soon support Mortgage payments. Paraphrasing from the link: 1. Rewarding You on Rent (...and Mortgage) Payments ......

This is true, although I already have the card, I am not using it for paying the rent anymore after some inconsistencies from them and couldn’t get hold of anyone to solve my problem.
