Not the OP but they are bogo50 and buy 2 get 4, same as regular sensodyne, but the kids is only 5.19 here (likely cheaper elsewhere). At 5.19 bogo50, 2 would be 7.78 less 3.50/2 insert = 4.28 get 4....
