The date and time not set means your BIOS battery has failed replace that before doing more. Should ne a big coin battery on the motherboard.

You might try going back into the BIOS to verify if the time synced or is still wrong. If needed set the time manually. I'd probably just buy a larger SSD and do a clean OS install on that.
