Does anyone know if the $4 acts like $4/$4? Or if it’s just like $4 EB? In other words, if my hair care total is $40, can I use the 10/40 and also the $4? Or would I need $44?

Officially, stores do not price match online. Registers do have a 'match to online' button for a price adjustment, but cashiers/stores can get in trouble for using it very much.

Do you have the same one mentioned? If so, I can't speak for that one. I can speak for the $20/$100 I used Sunday and the $10/$40 Big Hair I used today. Both of those work the way they always have.
