I got the notification earlier today. @Fancy_Deer there was no option for a check. I ended up using the prepaid card to buy an Amazon gift card in the same amount which worked.

I didn't even know to sign up. It's funny how you have to sign up to be included, but you forefit your rights anyway. Not that it's huge, but I feel if you were affected, you should be included...
