I have already requested a refund. The entire activation process described in the order confirmation appears to be cracking the software, which is 1000% illegal.

Report back if you run into any issues. Did you have to enter your credit card in their form or do they have PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc. Never mind. I see Apple Pay is an option.

Did you install it using their custom software / activation process in their instructions or were you able to redeem the key and download the software directly from Microsoft?

Check out those 3-4 star reviews. Some reported it requires re-activation after system updates. It's definitely using a system glitch to activate Office 2024 on Mac....

Looks like this is an LTSC version of Office (meant for commercial/government use), so likely not legit. Doesn't mean it won't work but you'll have trouble downloading/activating this thru normal...
