What irks me the most is not the change, but devaluing points you earned under the 'old' point system. Suddenly, points I earned are worth nearly 1/2 on select items, that's BS.

Cold brew and a few munchkins is my standard order when I go there. Given the shocking increase in redemption for cold brew, I think I'll be sticking with Starbucks. Their cold brew is better anyway....

It was just too cheap. I rarely buy from DD and I used to get points/ rewards pretty easily. If they dont devalue, they would be out of business.
I do not think their system is designed to know...
