Sure you can click on '5' to get off their list as they claim, but that does no good.
You can block that number on your phone but that does no good because they use different phone numbers each...

You can't win this battle.
Whatever cell service you're on, make sure you've enabled any utilities they have to curtail robocalls, spam, etc.
Enroll in DoNotCall.gov if you want to.

They can be just dialing consecutive numbers so your number is just one of many they dial. Like has been said see if you can block non contact calls or you can see if your cell phone provider...
