I'm stumped. Whether or not i enter a valid security code, the page simply refreshes. But, I do get an error if I leave that field blank

I entered just before posting the thread and had no problems, was using internet explorer at the time. I entered 2x before I posted, went back and entered again just now, went through.

When is the last time you re-started your pc? Amazing how many times a shut down/re-start cures problems. The only other thing would be adobe flash player or apple quick time programs not up to date....
