make sure to use the code in the "my account - redemption history" section of MCR. If you are using the code from the follow up email they sent, those codes were incorrect.

The AMOEs aren't the problem. The problem is that the brackets were filled before the AMOE even started. And I see no IW to play with the brackets filled.

The same thing happened to me! Log into ur MCR account, and go to My Account...then next to View, click Redemption History, and you'll be able to see the codes there!
