It still works. You have to go to la fitness page and click "Join Now" first. Then come back and click on the link and it should bring you to the page to enter the code.

I'm at a Signature as well. I think it was a $199 initiation + $39.99 a month. I've used LA Fitness when I travel though cause Signature membership gives you access nationwide.
