That sucks...when we had our first the anesthesiologist was very chatty and would not get to it. The nurse just made the call. Contractions are every 1-3 minutes.

Have you eaten anything yet? I know she can't. I didn't eat when the bride was in the hospital having a baby one of the dozens of times, and it was a mistake. Make sure you keep your strength up.

Thanks everyone for the congratulatory wishes. Mom and Baby are doing well. Although they thought baby was running a fever, so they did some blood tests, turns out that it was a thermometer problem...
