I had a Galaxy S3 for the Work Phone (AT+T) and have a S5 for Personal Use (Vz) and work just upgraded the S3 to an S5, so now I have a pair of them. Love them both. Picked my S5 up from Costco....

I get 5GB, and if I go over it just gets throttled instead of getting charged extra. Only 100 minutes though, but I don't use my phone for talking much.

The phones worked great on iOS 8.2 then apple pushed out iOS 9. I guess I should have not trusted Apple, obviously they tested 9 on 4s but they are the ones that broke our phones functionality it...
