It appears that they are now saying on that site that trailers under 3,000 lbs and newer than 1995 do not qualify for Maine title. Is a title required or can you still register those?

Actually CA is pretty cheap too, it was like $25 for 5 years and all I had to show was the included title and receipt, no inspection needed This is a decent price now that the 20-25% coupon...
