I get the same sort of ads on my Fire, every now and then I find a good deal for me or DH, we don't buy much stuff though, just what we can use ourselves.

I have the Blu R1. I really don't use my phone very often and do prepaid. It cost me next to nothing. I have kind of gotten so used to the lockscreen ads, I just ignore mine. So that probably answers...
