there are no disc copies of TF2. This is a code to download. upper right corner says that on the cover as well. the code just comes in the box instead of an email

Thanks OP. Been seeing a lot of positive reviews concerning the single player on this game. $28 seems reasonable even if I never play the multiplayer.
