Yes the stars expire in 6 months (approximately, it's weird because they always expire the 1st of the month even if you earned them on the 15th or the 20th or whatever, so double check)

They'll separate them for you, and it's instantaneous (have to choose a new user ID, they email you a temp password, you login and set up permanent password, etc.). Once that's done you can use that...

Always does that when I use an unknown phone or PC. Choose a chase text or pick the call option to get a verfiying code to plug into chase id and password screen. Then, u enter that code that's sent....
